Welcome to Global Airwings College of Aviation (the “College”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, enrolling in our programmes, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the College’s website, services or enrolling in programmes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable College regulations.
2. Admission & Enrollment
2.1 Eligibility
Applicants must satisfy the eligibility criteria for their chosen programme (such as age, educational background, medical fitness, language proficiency). Detailed eligibility requirements are provided on our Admissions page.
2.2 Application Process
Applications must be submitted via the official form, together with required documentation and payment of any application fee. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may be rejected.
2.3 Confirmation of Enrollment
Enrollment is only confirmed when:
You receive a formal offer of admission from the College;
You pay the required deposit or fees as specified in the offer;
All required documentation (such as identification, educational certificates, medical clearance) is received.
The College reserves the right to withdraw an offer if the conditions are not met.
3. Fees & Payments
3.1 Tuition and Course Fees
Tuition and course fees must be paid in accordance with the schedule provided in your offer letter. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
3.2 Additional Costs
In addition to tuition, students are responsible for additional costs including (but not limited to): uniforms, textbooks, training equipment, examination and licensing fees, travel and accommodation (if applicable).
3.3 Refund Policy
The College’s refund policy applies to fees paid. Application fees are non-refundable. Any refund of tuition or other fees will be subject to the terms set out in the refund policy, and may depend on timing, withdrawal status, and any services provided.
3.4 Non-Payment
If you do not meet your payment obligations, the College may withhold the issue of certification, restrict access to facilities or services, suspend your training, or terminate your enrollment.
4.1 Attendance & Participation
Students are required to maintain the minimum attendance and participation requirements specified for each programme (including theory classes, practical sessions, simulation, flying where applicable). Failure to meet these requirements may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including separation from the programme.
4.2 Academic Integrity
Students must adhere to standards of academic honesty and integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, falsification of records or other forms of misconduct are prohibited and may result in sanctions.
4.3 Assessment & Examinations
Students must undertake assessments, examinations, and practical evaluations as scheduled. The College will provide reasonable accommodations where appropriate and in accordance with established policies.
4.4 Credit Transfer & Exemptions
Any transfer of credit or exemption from course requirements is subject to College policy and applicable regulatory requirements. Acceptance of prior learning or other institutions is at the College’s discretion.
5. Student Conduct & Discipline
5.1 Code of Conduct
Students must conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner, complying with College policies, health and safety requirements, dress code, and regulations.
5.2 Disciplinary Action
The College may impose disciplinary measures (such as warnings, suspension, or expulsion) for breaches of the Code of Conduct, failure to comply with regulations, or any behavior that adversely affects the College community.
5.3 Reporting and Grievances
Students have the right to report grievances or appeals in accordance with the College’s published procedures. The College will endeavour to handle reports fairly and promptly.
6. Use of Facilities & Resources
6.1 Access
Access to College facilities, simulators, equipment and other resources is provided for approved students and staff for educational/training purposes only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6.2 Care & Responsibility
Students are expected to use College property responsibly. Any damage caused through negligence, misuse or violation of rules will be recoverable from the student.
6.3 Health, Safety & Environment
Students must comply with all health, safety and environmental regulations, including any special procedures relevant to aviation training.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Personal Information
The College is committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and secure your information.
7.2 Consent
By enrolling or otherwise providing your personal information, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and as required for your training, administration, certification and compliance with regulatory obligations.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The College reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication to you. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically. Continued participation or enrolment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the College shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data, goodwill or business opportunities) arising from the use of our services, facilities, training, or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property & Website Use
10.1 Website Content
All content on the College’s website (text, graphics, logos, images, course materials) is the property of the College or its licensors. You may use site content for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to restrictions.
10.2 Restrictions on Use
You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, rent, display or exploit any part of the site or its content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the College.
10.3 Links to Third-Party Sites

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and the invalid or unenforceable part shall be treated as severed.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (such as the Admissions Guide, Student Handbook, Privacy Policy), represent the entire agreement between you and the College in relation to your enrolment and use of our services, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings or representations.
