The Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) program at Global Airwings College of Aviation is designed to prepare individuals for the critical role of overseeing helicopter landing operations, particularly in offshore environments such as oil rigs and remote installations.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Supervision: Ensure the safety of all personnel and equipment during helicopter landing and takeoff operations.
Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with the helicopter crew and ground staff.
Landing Coordination: Coordinate and manage landing zones, ensuring they are clear and safe for Emergency Response:Be prepared to handle emergency situations, including fire and rescue operations.
